Packer Y422
1.Application:
Packer Y422 can be used in operation such as water plugging and fracturing in the oil field, it can also be used as the bridge plug in the well.
2.Structure and working principle:
1-Structure
This kind of double grip casing packer is made up of reverse locking, compression sealing, supporting commutation and the inner shaft control four parts, mainly including the upper and lower connector, the central tube, upper and lower cone, kava, the rubber cylinder, centralizer, reversing sleeve and other components.
2-Working principle
Landing the packer to the reserved position in the well, pick up the string to a certain height according to the depth. Landing the string slowing while right rotating. The lower kava opens, supporting on the casing wall. Continue to land the string, the rubber cylinder is compressed, thereby the sealed annulus become annular. When the reversed pin is lowered to the locked position, the upper kava on the reverse locking mechanism opens, the packer becomes bidirectional anchor working state, and the seat sealing is completed. After the packer finishes its work in the well, pick up the string by right rotating, the releasing kava and the upper kava on the reverse locking mechanism is pulled out of the pyramidal, and the reverse locking disappears, the rubber cylinder recovers under the elastic force, the unsealing is completed.
3.Features:
1- The usage range of the tools and instruments on the packer is wider than the ordinary packer.
2-There is no O-ring, preventing the packer invalidation because of the leak of the O-ring.
3-Double grip supporting, the anchor state is stable, preventing the packer invalidation because of the moving of the string. Meanwhile, the packer can work in either compression, tensile or neutral state because of bidirectional anchor.
4-The common use of releasing kava and upper kava make the seat sealing and unsealing easy and stable.
